Behind the Realty Ninja

I'm a PNW native. Growing up in Spokane, WA , I moved to the Portland area in 2007, where I have lived ever since.

I’m the lucky husband to my wife, Betsy, and father to our three amazing kids. When not wearing my Realtor hat, you can usually find me outdoors. Whether it’s playing at the neighborhood park with our Golden-doodle Gus, backpacking the beautiful forests of the NW, or fly fishing on the Deschutes River, I enjoy time most when it’s spent outdoors.

I've always appreciated good aesthetics and design, which led me to pursue a BA in Marketing and Business at Whitworth University. Thereafter I spent the better part of a decade in corporate sales, mainly in the tech sector. After cutting my teeth in corporate America, my entrepreneurial spirit combined with steady encouragement from my wife led me to start my career in real estate. I haven't looked back since.

In college I got bit by the travel bug, and I learned to engage my curiosity and search for adventure in far-flung locations. There's something about a loosely-planned trip to a new place that scratches that wanderlust itch. My wife and I are working through our bucket list one locale at a time.
